Cloncurry Shire Planning Scheme
A planning scheme is an important statutory planning instrument prepared by local governments to regulate the use and development of land. The Cloncurry Shire Planning Scheme commenced on 15 February 2016 and has been prepared as a framework for managing development and sets Council’s intention for future development in the Shire over the next 10 to 15 years.
